Vouchers are like a currency that can be transferred and exchanged.
If you have lost the voucher, in some cases where the voucher remains valid, the recipient provides proof of purchase and can be verified, then a replacement e-voucher can be sent to the purchaser's email address.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain and provide Thrill Experiences with all required verification details as failure to do so will mean no replacement voucher can be issued.
