Vouchers can be exchanged for credit of equal value, carrying the same expiration date as the original voucher. This credit can be utilised towards full or partial payment of another experience. Please note that credit cannot be applied to the purchase of gift packs, postage, or shipping.
Here's a step-by-step guide to exchanging your voucher:
- Click Use Voucher at the top of the Thrill Experiences website
- Click the 'Exchange Voucher' button.
- Input your voucher details as prompted.
- The value of your voucher will be displayed, and you can then convert it into credit.
When you make your next purchase using your account details, any remaining unexpired credit will be automatically applied to reduce your total balance.
