All experiences and activities are subject to removal at any time and without notice.
In the event the experience is removed, and the provider is no longer honoring bookings, or the experience is otherwise no longer available, you can request a remedy in accordance with statutory consumer guarantee rights such as an alternative experience of the same value (if available), credit or a refund to the original purchaser.
Where you choose to receive a refund, the refund is processed back to the purchaser only for the original amount excluding delivery and transaction fees. If the experience was purchased using credit or a dollar value gift card, the voucher is credited in the original form of tender.
