All experiences and activities are subject to removal at any time and without notice.
If an experience is removed and the provider is no longer honouring bookings, and as a result you were unable to complete a booking within 12 months of purchase, you can request a remedy in accordance with statutory consumer guarantee rights. This remedy may include an alternative experience of the same value (if available), credit, or a refund to the original purchaser.
Where you choose to receive a refund, the refund is processed to the original purchaser for the amount originally paid (excluding any delivery fees). If the experience was purchased using credit or a dollar-value gift card, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
If your voucher is older than 12 months, its value is automatically preserved as Thrill Credit, which you can use for other experiences.
