Yes. If your voucher or Thrill Credit does not cover the full price of the experience you would like to book or purchase, you can usually pay the difference at checkout.
This commonly happens when:
- you exchange your voucher for a higher-priced experience;
- the price of the original experience has increased since the voucher was purchased over 12 months ago;
- your Thrill Credit balance is less than the total order value.
How does it work?
When you use your voucher online, the available voucher value or Thrill Credit will be applied.
If there is an amount still owing, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance before the order or booking can be completed.
What if my new experience costs less?
If you exchange into Thrill Credit and choose an experience that costs less than your available credit balance, the remaining credit will stay available for future use until the credit expires.
Can I pay the difference directly to the service provider?
No. Any difference payable must be paid through Thrill Experiences when you complete your booking, exchange or order online, unless we specifically advise otherwise.
Why is there a difference to pay for my original experience?
Service providers may change their prices after a voucher has been purchased. After 12 months from purchase, if the experience price has increased, you may need to pay the difference before booking.
