If you’ve ordered an e‑voucher but can’t find it in your inbox, don’t worry - this is usually easy to fix.
1. Check the email address on your receipt
Your e‑voucher is sent immediately after your order is placed. If the email address entered at checkout was incorrect, the voucher may have been delivered to the wrong address. You can confirm this by reviewing the email address shown on your order receipt.
2. Look in your junk or spam folder
Sometimes email providers mistakenly filter e‑vouchers into junk or spam folders. Please check these folders in case the voucher was redirected there.

If the e‑voucher isn’t in your inbox or spam folder and the email address on your receipt is correct, our team can help.
